Jade Bailey

After a long career in retail and retail store design Jade made the jump into property development full time. Specifically focusing on growing a knock out HMO portfolio.

Jade is driven by challenging perception and showing that by focusing on design and brand you can make a positive impact. Design wins.

Jade originally founded BEESPACE in 2017 and has since gone on to to grow the business into a successful consultancy and educational property business. Jade has a particular passion to support other females within the industry through her successful mentoring program ‘re designing the property Industry’

KEVIN COX

Originally a solicitor, Kevin spent 20 years in the Power sector developing, financing and running large infrastructure companies.  He was CEO of two power companies and non-executive director of a listed power business. He has lived and worked in Singapore, Boston and Abu Dhabi.  He started investing in property in 2016 and has been working with Jade since 2018.

Kevin is responsible for all planning, financing and legal matters. 

TIM MCNEIL

Tim has worked in the construction industry for over 17 years.  In that time he has grown his own building and restoration company which now operates multiple projects and teams across the East Midlands at any one time. Alongside his clients’ projects Tim has developed his own property portfolio, consisting mainly of HMOs.

Tim is a real people person, a top class communicator and leader, and these skills have proven to be a successful combination throughout his career. 
‍
Tim has recently accomplished a huge personal goal by designing and building his own dream forever home for his young family, The Dark Barn. The barn started life as a run-down cow shed sitting in a swampy field and has now been developed by Tim into a stunning contemporary home for his grateful family. 

ELI SMITH

Eli is our Lettings and Operations Manager and is very much at the heart of the Beespace group. He is customer facing and passionate about delivering great service to everyone the Beespace way.

Eli came into the business with limited property experience but, having lived in a Beespace property for years before starting his role,  knows first hand exactly how people want to live and he carries that invaluable experience into his job today. 
‍
A graduate of the University of Derby he is a complete whiz-kid at building systems and creating effective processes that ensures our business is efficient and productive – but  always with the customer experience at the forefront of everything he does.
